Section intro

The opening of a marketing section — eyebrow, heading, sub-line — defined once. The sub-line's width is the shared token --hw-section-sub-measure (900px), sized so a one-sentence sub stays on one line at desktop widths; the older section subs (.pdp-section-sub, .hw-wp-sub) read the same token, so widening a sub-line anywhere is one change.
